If you recollect, the similar sounding name sumeru shR^inga madhyastha in L1000 has a subtle interpretation. I was wondering can I find one for this. cala means to move. And acala means that does not to move. rajat is silver (or silver colored). In yogashAstra, kuNDalini rising through the suShumna nAdi is compared to a silvery fluid rising up. What moves is kuNDalini, what does not is the suShumna nADi. By asscoiation, we can think that the nADi is silver colored. On the peak of the nADi is sahasrAra. SHE is resides in the center of the sahasrara padma, in union with Lord shiva. You comments are welcome. This may be a totally wrong interpretation.
