Guest guest
On the path of dissolution In the outermost Chakra appears as trailokya Mohana, the enchanter of the triple world. The being in this triple state comes under the spell and can rest content here for a very long time. If he proceeds further, there is an hankering in his heart for what he does not know yet. This takes the form of various desires and these are fulfilled in the sarvasa paripuraka, the fulfiller of all desires. But, fulfillment of desires leads nowhere; there comes discontent, and unrest and an agitation. This state of agitation, sarva sanksobhana is good because only from here one proceeds to the inner precincts of progress. The aspirant first meditates on the lotus feet of the Guru, arrives at a sense of union with him and becomes intoxicated with the joy of intense non-duality. Then he becomes intent on watching for the Nada that emerges from the cavern of the heart. Then always drawn inwards he becomes indifferent to the incessant pratllings of his mind in the form of dividing thoughts. As a result he becomes exceedingly charming, all the narrowness of his being, being shattered by the play of consciousness. Now in the great Light which swallows up and vomit the universe, in the face of the coiled up Serpent-power, he dissolves by mind all the rays of activities. Thus all rays that emanate are made to converge into the original Light. The great offering is the union of I-ness and this I-ness churned out of the higher regions of the mind. Thus dissolving everything into the great Light, one's body becomes full of bliss and one becomes the Light itself. >From Sri Chakra. Sloka 99 MULADHARAIKA-NILAYA (Resides in the Muladhara). Muladhara is the root of the Susumna. It is a four petalled lotus. In the pericarp of this lotus there is a madhyabindu in the madhya-trikona (triangle). This is known as Kulakunda (the knotlike form of the mUlAdhAra, where there is a hollow) and it is there that Kundalini sleeps, having her face covered and resembling a coiled snake. Thus Muladhara is the support of Kundalini. Muladhara is the centre of wordly desires and pleasures as well as for spiritual divine bliss. In fact the happiness derived from worldly pleasures are meant only to lead an aspirant towards the divine bliss which is infinite and perpetual. And yet only a few out of a millions of human beings are induced by the grace of Mother to follow the spiritual path or awakening of Kundalini sakti. >From Lalita Sahasranama Antoine
