AUM mahaatishaya- saundarya-laavaNyayai namo namaH | mahaa - great ; atishaya - wondrous ; saundarya - beauty ; laavaNya - delicate charm saundarya refers to physical beauty of the limbs. laavaNya refers to something more subtle and dynamic like the harmonious and graceful movements. AUM. Salutations to She who is endowed with most wonderful beauty and delicate charm. Again salutations. 6. AUM shashaanka-shekhara praaNa-vallabhaayai namo namaH | shashaanka - the moon , so called because the dark spot (anka) on it looks like hare (shasha) shekhara - worn on the head shashanka-shekhara = one who wears the moon on his head = Shiva. praaNa vallabhaa - beloved wife (who is dear as life). She is so dear that he gave her half his body ! [see name 2 above ] Aum Salutations to She who is the dear wife of Lord Shiva. Again salutations.
