Guest guest
Namaskaram, The only temple to Lord Brahma is at Pushkar in Rajasthan. It is a small town about ten miles north west of Ajmer. Pushkar has been made famous lately for its annual camel fair, which is a big tourist attraction. It also has temples of Savithri and Gayatri on top of a hill nearby. Guest guest
Just wanted to add to this thread that there is a temple Called Bhikshaandaar Kovil near Trichy, Tamilnadu where there is supposed to be a moorthy of Lord Brahma. I am not an eye witness but have heard that this and the Rajasthan one are the two temples for Brahma. May be someone who has visited the above temple can confirm Pranaams , Ganesh --- cimpaga wrote: > Namaskaram, > The only temple to Lord Brahma is at Pushkar in > Rajasthan. Guest guest
The temple at sucheendram is also dedicated to Lord Brahma in addition to Lords Maheswara & Vishnu. The Linga in the temple is supposed to be the combined moorti of the three Lords, with the bottom portion representing Brahma, the middle portion Vishnu and the top portion Maheswara.
