namaskaram (temple for Brahma)

Very correct. This is a lovely temple. Also known as

Uttamar Koil. It is located just off Trichy. Legend has

it that after Shiva severed one of the heads of Brahma,

it stuck to his hand and it was here that it became

unstuck, when he recieved alms from Vishnu (or maybe

Lakshmi) This is a temple for Shiva, Vishnu and Brahma.

My father tells me that apart from Pushkar, this is

the only other place that worship is done for Brahma.

We went there last June, and there was not one soul

(except one archaka) in the temple..

Vishnu.
