Guest guest
Namasthe To one of his disciples Bhagwan Ramana answers and shows a way to meditation. when u first sit for dhyana ur mind wanders everywhere and innumerable thoughts are clamouring ur mind. he says simply allow it to go as it likes ; do not control it but after some time simply question urself who is thinking. suddenly ur thoughts r arrested. this works try and see. 2.Sit before a light (it may be a candle or kuthivilakku).keep ur eyes on a straight line of the jyothi.look to the light without interruption.for five seconds to any limit u can. slowly increase ur time.Sandhya kalam is the best time but it should be regular and to the correct time.if u r able to forget the period of time during ur observation, u r progressing very well.... to be continued.
