3.Pranayama - better to learn it from a practical

teacher.Swami Sivananda wrote lot of books in

simple language about mind, meditation,yoga

etc.,Yogasanas also improve and make the mind

strong.

Everybody knows that we cannot exist without

food. u can forego food but u cannot live without

water. even water u can forego, but it is impossible

to live without breath. u can only stop for sometime

not for any length of time. we should thank our

forefathers who have analysed and made this

science so perfect.if u r able to control breath

u can control ur mind.

4. Sit erect in padmasana and look at the tip of the

nose or at the centre between the eyebrows.this

would improve ur concentration.

5.Keep in continuous activities in the service of

the Mother and her children and involving urself

in manava seva would bring the mind under control.

6. Niyama in food will also help.

Mind cannot exist alone without leaning on some

object or activity. It requires an object. that is why

all this idol worship began to exist. Therefore give

some good thought to it .it would bring happiness

The above r some examples which i knew and practised

and experience shows that they are all really good.

I think i have sufficiently put forth my humble

suggestions. If I am boring, kindly excuse me.

In the service of Divine Mother
