My introduction may be posted to the list (if the intro is worth it in the first place) My name is Venkatesh and i am based in the South of France. I have a limited knowledge but tremendous interests in our religion which is often referred to as Hinduism. In my spare time, on a voluntary basis, i am also involved in the web site of the Shri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetham ( http://www.kamakoti.org/ ). I hope to learn a lot from this list and increase my knowledge. I have been through the archives and it is quite interesting. Incidentally, for the web site, we are presently in the final stages of revamping it completely and we are looking for persons who may be interested in testing the new site (which is located on a different url).
