Yes.it is true even for navavarna puja (and acceptable

by Her)to do mentally. kindly refer lalithasahasranama

"antharmuka samaradhya "many have done this type

of worship (including Ramakrishna Paramahamsa).

sometime back u have also asked(if i remember correctly)

that idol ofAmbal is worshipped seated on lion or Tiger.

i do not know whether i have posted an answer for this

or not. however now i wish to inform u that for proyoga

specially for annihilation of enemies she is worshipped

seated on tiger and for siddhis worshipped on lion.

 

u have also sought for clarification for initiating in

Ganapthy and Bala before initiating in Lalitha cult.

She is the ultimate Reality and Raja Rajeswari. She is

not easily approachable.For example can u see President

of any coutry without prior permission or ignoring

the security guards. when it is such a case even for a

human being of a small part of world.how is it possible

for infinetely small persons like us to see Her who is

the Ruler of this entire Universe without whose order

not even an iota of a dust can move.Hence we have to

go step by step keeping every step firm and steady

with the blessings of Lord Ganapathy, Bala and others

Hence we r first initiated in their manthras and proceed.
