The Sthula pooja cansists of the navavarana pooja with the patra stahpanam naivedyam etc. The Antaryaga bef,. the avahana is the sukshma(subtle) and constant rememberance and accepting the world as her manifeatation is the para. at one point of the upasana one will resort to mental rather than the physical pooja.
