|| AUM shrImAtre namaH ||

 

118. harikeshasakhI

She who is the friend of harikesha.

 

12:

 

Or harika could mean Lion headed siMhamukhI according to the

"pratyaMgirA siMhamukhI" and her Isha is sharabeshvara. SHE is

his friend.

We may also remember the uttara pIThikA of sahasranAma,

saying that, enemies of the upAsaka who recites the sahasranAma,

are destroyed by sharabheshvara himself.

We had a discussion sometime back about this.

 

By enemies, both external and internal are meant.

When internal enemies are destroyed there are no external

enemies from "that person's" view.But,if some body tries to

harm him,he will be protected by

shiva.May be, that is what is

meant.

Sadashiva brahmendra swami had no enemies.At one time,a king

tried to harm him by cutting his hands.He got that arm back

due to Ishvara's(His)( because he became one) grace.
