Guest guest
ravishangar sharma <vedaravishangar Thu, 23 Aug 2001 01:52:01 -0700 (PDT) vedic resarch subject NAMASKAR, Conveying Narayana Smaranam to all. The origins of various religions vary from time immemorial to the past few centuries. Religions came into being not only to induce the notion of a Supreme Force or God, the Creator and sustainer but also to guide and help man to lead a better and more meaningful life. One such religion, that is better known as a "way of life" is Hinduism that has known no founder and the time of origin. The Vedas, the Upanishads and the Bhagavad Gita are the pillars of this way of life called as Hinduism. The Bhagavad Gita is widely known as the Holy Book of the Hindus while the Upanishads contain metaphysical disquisitions and philosophical speculations on God, Creation and Man and their antecedent processes and inter-relationships. The Vedas have been laid down to serve as the guiding wisdom of the Cosmos to all mankind. The Vedas are acclaimed by long tradition as ANADHI, (having no beginning) SANATANA, (eternal and for all time) and APURUSHEYA (not humanly conceived but divinely revealed). The moral excellence of the Vedas is very grand with its sense of equality, all beings permeated by the one divine spirit, mutual cooperation, spirit of democracy even in choosing the king or a community leader, sacredness of marriage, care and concern for children, upbringing of youths, and feeling for the non-human animals, birds etc., and constant reference to the inward spirit in man and Nature, as a spark of the Divine. All Science and Modern technology what we experience are based under Vedic Science through Pancha Bhoothas or Five Elements namely PRITHVI (Earth), APPU (Water), THEYU (Sun or Fire), VAYU (air), and AKAAS (sky). We are getting mining oil deposit from Earth, electric current from water, solar energy from sun, oxygen from air, and rain and astronomy from the sky. The only difference today is that we experience everything through Science (Vijnana) while in the past, our ancestors experienced them through sheer power of truth and cosmic energy (Jnana). The Vedas are four in number namely Rig, Yajur, Sama and Atharva. The Vedas are basically chants or hymns or Mantras, to derive and utilize to good effect the Cosmic Energy of the Universe. The power of the Cosmic Energy has been proved and established in many places in India and other parts of the world. India is representing the most ancient living culture in the present world. With the ancient treasure house of India in the form of Vedic Knowledge, it needs to be spread in the field of ATHARVA VEDA with its authenticity in all scientific disciplines. It has been identified that so much of contemporary scientific knowledge and literature even more is already found in Vedas. We have been pointing out the scientific base of the various Yagnas and Homas and explaining how they are repungnant to but to totally in time with reason and science. ATHARVA VEDA: The Atharva Veda is very powerful Veda contains all Mantras to ward off all evils, contains informations about Astronomy,Atomic energy, all Technological systems,Radar,Electronics ,Space ,Herbal Medicines for main chronic diseases to change weather and to bring rain when it fails to pour rain by praying BARAJANYA – Maitra Varuna deity by offering Dates with ghee in the Yagna. All powerful mantras are kept in secret form and if anybody use this in proper manner, the result will give good effect. There is also Mantra Sastra Vidhis by which mineral deposits can be find out. His Holiness Sri Sri Sri Ramakrishnananda Saraswathi Swamigal, 33rd Shankaracharya of Sri Vidya Ashram of Rishikesh is a sage who possesses the rare distinction of being a scholar of the four Vedas. The Centre fells that human feelings and sufferings are not only at physical level but more deeper at psychological level also. In view of the fact human beings is deteriorating so readily day by day, it is felt that unless an all our effort from all the facts of life is made vigorously, the future of Humanity is gloomy.
