If I remember, you asked about this name long ago and there were some answers too. nitya garbhinii literally means one who is always pregnant. What is pregnancy? Having another life in one's womb and protecting it, nourishing it and taking care of it. Likewise ambaaL is doing this always. She protects, nourishes and takes care of all jIva-s, till SHE delivers them in moxa. Since saMsarA is anAdi. SHE is doing this forever. > 2. What is the significance of the word Hrillekha ( ref. One thing I can think of is verse 32, there it is used to reference to the the hrIm bIjas, in the panchadashaxarI mantra "hR^illekhAbhiH tIsribhiH" That verse has pancha-dashaaxari coded in this verse. Most good translations, after saying it is secret etc :-)) will go to all lengths explain it in good detail :-)). Like greeks call letter "a" as alpha, or in sanskrit as we call "ra", repha; hrIm is called as hRillekha. That is my understanding. If you look for subtle meanings of hRIm, there are 60 names in trishati which discuss that from various points of view. As always, I may be wrong and look forward to being corrected.
