Namaskar

sadhaka is one who trains himself(by sadhana) and acquainting

himself or preparing himself to attain his desired objects.following

prescribed rituals (discipline) and clearing his doubts through his

guru.u can say he is an apprentice or under probation and by

repeated exercises he is able to see his well defined path.

an upaska is one who worships and treads his well defined and

seen path and put in action his experiences and knowledge

towards the devotion of almighty and finally merges with that truth.

this is my understanding.correction welcome
