Dear Friends,

I have received the following query ( received at the web site of the

Veda Rakshana Nidhi Trust ) .

May I make a humble request to the enlightened and devoted Bhakthas in

this list to provide their kind suggestions on this subject, for the

benefit of the Alexandra Kafka ?

Thanks and Regards

Dear Sir,

I am in search for a book that explaines ways to use every act

undertaken in the course of a day as Bhakti-Yoga meditation. For

instance eating: Is there any way to devote the act of eating to my

Ishta-devata? How can I consecrate the food I eat to my Ishta? Could I

for instance visualize the syllables of a Mantra laying on my tounge

when I eat? Or sleeping: Is there any way to devote the act of sleeping

to my Ishta,

and can I meditate or pray even while sleeping? How can walking,

sitting, speaking, listening become an act of worship?

Is there any Mantra that can be visualized in the heard for awakening

Bhakti?

Hoping to hear from you,

Kind regards,

Alexandra Kafka
