In answer to your posted question, i was able to find a copy of Srimad Devi Bhagavatam, as translated by Swami Vijnananda, for a price of aboout $62.00 through an internet book-seller called Alibris.com (website= http://www.alibris.com/home.cfm ) i dont know if they still have any copies left in stock, but it should worth your while to try a search on for the text either through them or another book-seller dealing in rare or hard-to-find books.
