The way to do nitya parayanam is like that of any other parayanam. sapodaram

utkilanam, kavaca, argala, kiilaka ,candi japa ,ratri sukta ,saptasati

parayanam ,devi sukta ,candi japam ,rahasy traya. the other way is from

kerela navanga parayanam which says do candi japa ,1-nyasa, 2-avahana,

3-nanami, 4-argala, 5-kiilaka, 6-hrdayam 7-dalam 8-dyanam 9-kavaca & then

saptasati parayanam. there is no rahasya traya in this method. this has no

basis in tantras ( bhaskara raya in his guptavatai says the method followed

in kerela ha no tantric basis but is form of sampradaya). kerela has also

split parayanam method Sunday-1 chapter , mon-2&3, tues-4 , wed -5,6,7&8,

thurs-9&10, fri 11 and sat 12&13. in this method one has to do all the

navangasas mentioned above. this also is in contradiction to rahasya traya

which says charitardhan na japet ( do not chant split caritram 1/2/3 ) but

says if u have no time do parayanam of 2 caritram comprising of 2,3&4

chapters in place of saptasati in the order given in the first list above.
