Guest guest Posted April 10, 2002 Report Share Posted April 10, 2002 Angie What I usually do is make a list of important ingredients that satiate the taste buds i.e. sweet, salt, sour etc etc and everyday forgo one of these ingredients in the days food consumption. Fasting is okay if you are home meditating all day, but if one is out working, has deleterious effects on health and body metabolism if done 9 days in a row.
