Yes , we can do the anga and kara nyasa with bala beejas or the pancadasi

kutas. usually we find a ref. to bala beejas in most of the books.

The panca pooja actions are

for ganda- join the thumb and little finger in both the hands while reciting

the mantra

for pushpa-join index and thumb

for dupa- join thumb and index

for deepa-join thumb and middle finger

for naivedya- join thumb and ring finger

for sarvopacara fold the hands like in a prayer. the order of joining is to

touch the second mention finger with the first mentioned finger at the top

joint of the touched finger. sastras ordain min. five uapacaras in any pooja

hence the panca pooja is included in the japa or while recting any stotra.

they are subtle form the panca maha butas
