Dear Sathish

May I say a few words.Would any mother wish that Her

children should fast. No A mitha aharam is good.

Do not take highly spicy and salty food. take fruits

and other nivedyam offerred to Mother.Overeating

would induce sleep and would be an obstacle for

religious rituals. is it OK
