Notes: 1. Lord shiva being the Master of the worlds is hailed as vishveshvara. He has no master above Himself, and He is the Master of everything so hailed as sarveshvara and parameshvara. 2. As the only Eternal, He cannot have a companion who is different from His Self for ever. (and He is the only company for us !) 3. The third description portrays the picture of the ardent devotees which brings to imagination none other than appar himself. The selfless devotees unable to even care about their nails being worn out absorbed themselves completely into the service of God, with the brimming emotional tears adorning their faces, (c.f. n^IrorukAl OvA n^edun^thArai kaN panippa - thiruvampAvai ) what else could be the better abode for our Lord other than the warm cozy heart of such devotees ! ===== --------------------------- Visit Shaivism Home Page at http://www.shaivam.org --------------------------- Tax Center - online filing with TurboTax http://taxes./
