LS-consequences

Dear members,

 

Please treat the ramblings in my previous post not

as specific to chanting the LS or LT or anything

else, but in a more general setting. I have no

personal opinions on who can chant anything. I

just think that any scriptural injunctions give us

direction where our own thinking could be faulty

and lead us astray.

 

Also, both Ravi and Shri Krishnamurthy have pointed the

aspect of "requisite authority" as safegaurd against

misuse and thus hurting others (for example, Ravi said

not everyone can do brain surgery and Krishnamurthyji

said if a child is given a revolver, he could shoot

someone) What was not emphasized, IMO, is the ability

to do ONESELF immense harm by not having the requisite

qualifications. The example of my attitude wrt even

small problems is a case in point. Maybe that is why

it was empasized that certain things are ok only for

certain people, do not give this to non-bhakta, etc..,

only out of compassion for us :-), because otherwise

we will only end up hurting ourselves with wrong

attitudes and misplaced expectations.

i am very much touched by ur outpour of ur feelings.

u r 100% correct. everyone had that stage or going to have that stage. it

appears u r perturbed.

Even great sages have undergone such stages. do not bother.after all every

one is made up of same stuff. it only differs with the prarabda. and amount

of past karmas which r not in our hands. Her grace is fully there for all of

us. I am very much happy that u have caught hold of Gayathri's feet. She

would never let down u. if u r regular and devoted and sincere. She cannot

keep quiet. Time has come to u.ur services r needed for this website.we all

would get benefitted.take it easy Drops make ocean.

ur each count of Gayathri has a such a potency it would burn all ur sins. u

know by doing only kamokarshit japa Seshadri Swamigal has attained very

great state. enjoy life and check the morals,blessed r the pure for they

shall see god.do not get frustration. we all pray for u. everything is Her

ACT. WE R ONLY INSTRUMENTS.. She has given this world only for us to

experience iha para sukam. Shakthi worhip is such it gives both.

Please do not think I got some thing to tell above Sri Sridhar's and

Sri Kaushik's words.

 

I felt like ,I like to share my experience, as I am also reciting LS

and....

that too, without initiation from a Guru!(Oh my god!!)

 

When water in a lake becomes still, you can see the bottom of the

lake clearly.

Try to calm down your egos,mind/mental distractions and all such kind

of distraction due to iha loka;Mother surfaces out from/as your

innerself and then, you can see what our Mother of All is intending

you/us to do.

 

Whom can we pray except Mother, when there is nothing besides HER?

- It is my own quote.

 

How else can you pray/aproach HER, without reciting LS?

and ONLY devoted should recite LS.No one else.

 

Me too, without having Guru,I am reciting LS, for pleasure, and to

feel that innerself.It gives me intense pleasure.After each

recitation,I will be thrown back nearer to my own innocent but

powerful innerself.

 

So, I am in nowhere near to tell who should recite LS or what will be

the consequences of reciting it without initiation.For my experience,

I never got a chance to lookback whether LS reciting is wrong/right

decision? - Anyhow, how can I reconsider my decision of chanting HER

1000 names, When I see , SHE is everything and there is absolutely

nothing besides HER.

 

BUT STILL..., I recently restrained my roommate to not to chant LS,

because I sensed lot of foolishness(not innocense),kritaGhnata in him

(he is also unaware of power of LS)and more over my innerself,

without second opinion, just like that told me to not to encourage

him to recite even a single word of LS in any means by him.I really

do not know for sure why I got this instinct.

 

So dear devotees, please see what Mother said thru the postings of

Sri Kaushik and Sri Sridhar and lot more other devotees of HER.If one

really know the meanings and power of LS, and are innocent enough to

not to interfer ego with Love towards HER.......like this my way of

thinking goes if I like to prove that I am right in reciting LS

without initiation, But I do not want to do that.

As I do not believe in that proof and also my that deduction may

wrongfully encourage others to recite LS, without being able to

conceive the nector arising from that recitation.

BUT I continue to recite it ,because my innerself still shows me

green lights in that direction.

 

I might be wrong,Oh Mother, through your kind devotees , please

Thank you very much for your kind insight.

I try to focus on HER lotus feet more than looking to my instincts.

Yeah who knows , from where they originate?So far I believe, those

thoughts were coming from innerself.May the radiance coming from

Mother fill all our hearts.
