Thank you very much for the corrections.

I too have the same trouble while meditating and

unfortunately I have taken the short cut of reducing

my repetitions from 108 to 32 my rationalization being

that, it is better to chant the right way than

increase the repetitions and make a mistake (not

pausing is equal to BrahmaHathya)

 

I have another question,

 

Most of the Dhyana shlokas on Durga have her seated on

Simham which is a lion, but all the pictures I have

seen have her seated on a Tiger? well that is not true

I have seen some north Indian (I think Kashmir)

pictures (very few) of Kathyayani/Himavathi seated on

a mountain lion

 

I am I missing something here?
