The pallavi and anupallavi of this kRti is so powerfully moving, yet it is in very simple words. That is the greatness of shyAma shAstri. We feel this one way or other in our human relationships. Yet, how often do we feel this with our TRUE Mother!! Probably most of us do not feel it at all. Because SHE is such a kaaruNya muurti -- if one starts saying bhavaanitvam daase SHE mistakes it for a request of sayujya and grants it. Ravi * technically it should be niyayamaa miinaakshiyamma, but I am more concerned about how I deeply I feel when I say that, than purity of Tamil. Also dikkevarunnaru flows better in Tamil as gati enakku unDo (at least to me), even though dikku would do just fine.
