Guest guest
Would sri vidya not be the samachara worship of devi? and in saying so dosent it revolve around the worship of the meru/sri chakra? I would like to bring these questions to sri vidya practitioners. I have met a few in my last trip to India, some practice this for multiple years and were very secrative about it, what is the objective from this sadhana. I mean most sadhanas I know of either give the sadhaka the darshan of devi and a boon, the opeining of the kundalini and many other things. How long is this sadhana and what is the fruit from it, another question that I would like to is that, according to the kalika shahasranama, lord shiva was the first to worship the sri chakra for the reason of attaining mother kali again. So instead of maha kali appearing the devi decided to take the form of shodasi. When lord shiva finished tapasa of this the goddess came from the bindu as soon as this lord shiva transformed himself into kameshwara and united with mother. I would think through this that the worship of the sri chakra transforms the ahamkaric atman to shiva atman thus coming into unison with devi. Am I correct in this interpretation? And why is samayachara practiced with sri chakra worship? Careers- 1,000's of jobs waiting online for you!
