Guest guest
Dear friends, I thought this piece of information would shed light on Dasha Vidya aspect of sRi Lalita...i forgot to mention about this in my previous post. There is a 48 lettered Guhya Shodashi mantra which clearly includes the bijas of other mahavidyas...in the dhyana Sri Lalita is described as the personification of the ten Mahavidyas. This clearly has the bijas of all the mahavidyas and also the Parabhattarika mahamantra. I have been initiated into this Mantra. I think this is more popular among the Kashmiri Pandits rather than the Sadhakas from the south. It has its own paduka, Purvanga and Uttaranga (with deities like Sharika, Jwalamukhi, Guhya kali, Prachanda Bhairava, Ucchishta Ganapathy, Sharabha etc). I do not know in which Tantra this mantra is listed, but from Gaudapada sutras, my Guru said, it could be derived as also from Paavamaani rik...i am working on it...i will surely let the group know about it once i find out more... Nami devyai!

Namaste, Could you let us know the location of this Rk/ Rks in the format n1.n2.n3 where, n1 = maNdala no., n2 = sUkta no., and n3 = mantra no. Also I would like to ask you something related to an earlier post on shri sUkta. For each Rk in the sukta, you have extracted out the bIja, shakti and kIlaka. Is it possible for you to post something wherein you illustrate how to do this via an example or two. Ofcourse if you can briefly describe how you did this for each Rk in the shri sUkta, it will be great. Thanks. Best regards Shrinivas Gadkari
