Guest guest
Jai Ma! I was wondering if anyone on this list has access to the linga puraana. There is a very important kaalii narrative related there, in I.106, about how maa kaalii slays daaruka aasura and how Her anger is appeased by lord Siva when He assumes the form of an infant. This narrative is summarized in several places, including the Kinsley mahaavidyaa book, but I have never been fortunate enough to read a direct translation of the original. If someone had it and could scan it or type an extract (not knowing how long it is), I am sure that not only I, but also the other members of this group would be deeply grateful. Jai Maa! Guest guest
I would suggest that you sent the scanned text directly to Aravind. As such it is the author's responsbility. As a moderator if I come to know about it -- will have to delete the material from the archives. Typically, I take few days to act. So if you post, I will be deleting it only after a day or two. (I hope I am not giving you an idea :-)) ) Thanks , "Mike Wisniewski" <tamil@i...> wrote: > Dear Aravind & Moderator, > > I have the book and have found the chapter desired and have scanned it and > run it through ocr. > > However, my concern in posting it has to do with copyright law. > > I would especially appreciate enlightenment on if I and/or the List will be > breaking copyright law by posting it.
