Prayers for all: I was initiated to a panchanchara Shiva mantra to

Tripurasundari in the Samaya Shri-Vidya or Shri Yantra tradition in Feb '81;

I practice both silent repetition---sometimes with small pocket mala---and

sitting meditation at heart chakra, sometimes in front of a shrine picture or

a small bronze sculpture---sometimes with a full seed mala. Initiated by

Pandit Arya Usharbudh, D.Lit., (now Swami Veda Bharati) in the guru tradition

of Swami Rama of Uttar Pradesh---disciple of Baba Dharam Das, ancestral

temple Choku Gompa. I particularly enjoy the Beauty of shrine pictures. I

find much inspiration in reading the postings on this site, Thank You. James
