This characterization is not available with the paths other than shaivam, realizing so, he experienced and understood by the Grace that, as uplifting (the souls) the Substance (Truth) is shiva. Notes: 1. A key song from periya purANam used by the Shaiva Siddhantha philosophy. There are many philosophies that take into account three or less than that in this list of four. For example Jainism and karmavAdis take the first three into consideration (c.f. Uz vinai uruththu van^dhu Uttum - cilambu). The later religions like Christinaity and Islam almost ignore the karma. ===== --------------------------- Visit Shaivism Home Page at http://www.shaivam.org --------------------------- Mail Plus - Powerful.
