Meaning:

Beyond the nations speaking thamiz patronized by the

three emperors those who stand in the discipline of

relying on the Feet of the Prime Lord, in the

thiruththoNDaththokai woven by (good) words (tongue)

whoever are the devotees referred before and after

their time-periods those who relied on the Feet of

victorious Bull-flag Lord, Who has suitably kept

on the floral long matted hair, aDambu, thumbai, fresh

moon, river, idhazi, they are the devotees referred as

appAlum aDichchArn^dhAr.

 

Notes:

1. The differences of color, creed, language, gender

etc. cannot come in the way of devotion towards Lord

shiva.
