Guest guest
Dear Devotees, Namaskarams. Can any of you recoomend a good (authentic book)on Saaktham? Tamil or English is preferred. I am currently vacationing in India, therefore I can search for the book here also. My objective is to understand the fundamentals of Saaktha samayam. What it means. What it stands for How is it practised Who are (and who have been) the Major practioners What are the "Do"s and "Don't"s etc... are the info I am looking for. Even if more than one book offers these info, please let me know. Thanks in advance, Sincere regards, Ganesh Padmanabhan Nithya Youvvana Maangalya Managalaayai Namo Namaha.... Mail Plus - Powerful. Dos and Donts sometimes may vary according to the sampradaya. I personally do not prefer reading works like the following(see below)especially those by western authors, except for great ones like Arthur Avalon (John Woodroffe).
