Guest guest
I search for information about the Kailash myth and its importance in Kashmir Shaivaism. As far as I know the idea is that on top of mount Kailash there is the home of Shiva and Parvati. Is mount Kailash another name for mount (Su)Meru? Is this a symbolical expression of the 36 Tattvas with the Absolute (Shiva/Shakti) on top of it? Is there any devotional literature about Shiva's and Parvati's life in their paradise on top of mount Kailash by followers of Kashmir Shaivaism/Shaktism?
