If you are going to use a selection, yes, you can order it to suit your purpose (as Sage RamaNa created selection for shivAnandalaharI and bhagavad giita). If you are reciting the entire text, I think we should first try to understand why the text is ordered in that particular sequence. I am sure there is a reason.
