I wish you had not quoted that website on . There are four hundred

members in this list, we neither approve or not disapprove what they believe

or maintain as web-pages. Whoever maintains/writes that site, if they are

present in this list, they are either moderated or relatively unknown in

terms of contribution here. Plus, from what little I have seen on that site,

I think it does not deserve a mention here.

 

 

Besides, there is a a page on maatangi, and the author (devi bhakta) quotes

quite extensively and explicitly from and yet does not include it in

the list of references at the end of the page, where he/she lists few

references (as if to make the page appear as a research article). I

accidentally came up on then when I was searching something on maatangi.

Personally, I do not care about copyright, but leaving out a vital

information after making references to specific names (such as Sadagopan,

Aravind Krishna, etc) shows nothing but lack of integrity. Traditional

understanding of maatangi and worship of her does not fully conform to what

that page states.
