In the Yoginis there are these mothers that are known as the higher

Yogini:

there are many others but their names are to be kept secret, so I cannot

reveal them.

Yogini, well yoginis are just like dakinis, shakinis, hakinis and

kakinis they are the mothers that lead to the supreme mother. We all

know there is no hierarchy amongst goddesses each are equally as

important, potent and powerful but there are three goddesses known as

the principle these the consorts of the trinities are worshipped by

Yoginis.

Yoginis generally tend to be refined aspects of the goddess and they go

back to this original goddess to COMPLEMENT her. Mother is beyond being

served and serving. She is shakthi and she is complemented by these many

ADHARA SHAKTHIS.

It is important for us however to see our chosen diety as supreme (this

does not mean they are higher then the other deities however they take

precedence in our perspective) and as the ultimate where the other

deities complement our ishta but the notion that our istha supersedes

other forms is just ridiculous however not fully fallacious.

Yoginis are there for this purpose to complement the goddess and mainly

help us out in our endeavour to realise the mother. The best mantra to

invoke all the yoginis is revealed in the greatest of the Bhuta tantras

the ravana krita Uddissa tantra (one of my favourites); this maha

Bhutini vidya rules! I seriously mean that it is only of the very few

mantras that really give you results without a lot of effort. Getting

back to the point when Yogini or any adhara shakthi is invoked they

guide and help us in doing the mainstream deva sadhana we do.

Knowing so many names is not necessary since it simply means we see

duality in forms and the whole concept it from this dualistic

perspective we go to the non and then the formless in general.

Love,

Vinesh.
