SHE is known as kamakotika for " she is parabrahamam in SHIVA -- SHAKTI

saamarasya rupa ".

 

Kamam -- is the third purushaartha after dharma and Artha . Koti is the boundary

or end of all the purushaartha -- that is Moksha . She is in the form of Moksha.
