Sub : Dark Matter – Dark Energy – What our Maharishies have said on Energy.

 

 

 

 

 

A few weeks back, I was watching the recent research finding of the universe on

the National Geographic Channel and the TV program was so good that made me to

think of comparing Science and the worship of Para Shakthi, the supreme energy.

 

 

 

While Science is the struggle of man in the outer world, the religion is the

struggle of man in the Inner world. Science makes man struggle for truth in the

outside endless world around him and each time, he finds something new as a

result of experiments, observations, it does not satisfy him and the process

becomes endless with limited results.

 

 

 

The religion on the other hand makes him struggle for truth in the inside

universe and after a great struggle the aspirant realizes that what is outside

is a reflection of what is inside – and nothing outside beyond his real self and

there ends his total search.

 

 

 

Both the struggles are no doubt great, while one ends in failure (limited

results) the other one ends in success and that is the only difference between

science and religion. Religion begins where science ends as science deals with

limited objects whereas the religion deals with the unlimited.

DARK MATTER AND DARK ENERGY:

 

 

 

 

 

The earth, moon, sun and all visible stars in the cosmos make up less than 1 %

of the cosmos.

 

 

 

Almost all the rest is dark matter and dark energy unknown to science. For the

first few billion years dark matter contained most of the mass of universe and

the ordinary matter could be as a froth on an ocean of dark matter. Without dark

matters there would be no structure in the universe.

 

 

 

The luminous matter, planets and hot gas account for 0.4 % of the cosmos and the

non luminous components such as black holes make up 3.6 % the rest is DARK

MATTER 23 % or dark energy about 73 %.

 

 

 

As per our religion when the ONE supreme energy wished to be many the time came

into play and that is Kala and Kali – She is also Black. And she is also beyond

time. The inert matter is Shiva and the energy is shakthi both inseparable.

 

 

 

Scientists have concluded that this dark matter plays a pivotal role in the

formation of stars, planets and even people. The theory says that the dark

matter caused particles to clump together and that set up the gravitational

process to the formation of stars and galaxies. Those stars in turn created

basic chemicals for evolution of life.

 

 

 

The nature of dark matter is unknown and cannot be seen or detected directly but

certainly exists because of the effect on celestial objects that can be seen and

measured.

 

 

 

The most dominating force of all in the universe is Dark Energy, a recently

proven power that is causing the galaxies in the universe to separate at a

faster and faster speed and universe is expanding at an accelerating rate.

 

 

 

 

 

WHAT OUR MAHA RISHIES HAVE SAID ABOUT THE ENERGY:

 

 

 

The para shakthi is the primal energy worshipped as divine mother which

transcends the three deities representing as three gunas.

 

 

 

“ Divine mother, the basic principle of all energy the known and unknown that

moves and enlivens the universe, is ever present, ever aware and ever alert in

all phases of manifestation which is three fold “.

 

 

 

They are Vibhava – Prabhava – Anubhava

 

 

 

Vibhava : they are , Cit Shakthi, Jiva Shakthi and Maya Shakthi ( energy of

consciousness, energy of jiva and energy of delusion).

 

 

 

Prabhava : Iccha Shakthi And Jnana Shakthi ( energy of Volition and knowledge)

 

 

 

Anubhava : Sandhini Shakthi, Dsmvit shakthi and Ahladini shakthi ( conjunctional

energy, harmonious energy and refreshing energy)

 

 

 

All manifestation visible as animate or inanimate is the expression of this

energy.

 

 

 

To recognize this Para shakthi we have to contemplate inside our body and no

amount of contemplation outside would yield result.

 

 

 

In our body Iccha Shakthi is located in our heart – Jnana Shakthi in the head –

Kriya Shakthi in our hands and feet.

 

 

 

The Divine Mother “ Maheswari” are depicted in Devi Mahatmya as Mahakali –

Mahalaksmi—MahaSaraswathi

 

 

 

Meditation on the three aspects of Maheswari leads the aspirant to the

realization of the Supreme Energy who is manifest threefold in everything and

the Man’s search ends there.
