Guest guest
namasthe, I have a question for the past 2 days. If Guru is Ambal Herself who helps the disciple to realize the Ultimate, what is the importance of having prathyaksha Darshan of Her compared to being with and seeing Guru every single minute ? namasthe Prasad __________ Get advanced SPAM filtering on Webmail or POP Mail ... Guest guest
namasthe, Even if Ambaal gives a Pratyaksha Darshan to one, it need not be that one becomes realized. (Kindly correct me if my assumption is wrong). Shri Ramakrishna Paramahamsar's vedanta Guru asked Shri Ramakrishna to go beyond the rUpa of kAli and meditate on the attributeless brahman. This would not have happened if Shri Ramakrishna had become realized after having pratyaksha darshana of kAli. When that is the case, when one is with one's Guru and is very much on the path towards REALIZING IT with Guru's grace, though not having REALIZED non-duality but with the very thought that Guru is Her continuously running inside, how important it is that one should do sadhana with the aim of having pratyaksha darshan of Her ? namasthe Prasad --------- >When the Sishya when not realised submits to the guru , surrenders himself totally and when the sishya with full faith follows the spiritual instructions -- the DUALITY VANISHES and SELF is perceived. From that moment onwards it becomes obvious that DEVI == GURU == SELF which is ADVAITA. >In effect in simple terms the answer for your question could be that you are mixing up the pre and post realistion principles in your question. In Duality there is Guru and in non- duality it vanishes. Guru's role is very important for the unfoldment of self and there are minor exceptions to the rule applicable for great people. __________ Get advanced SPAM filtering on Webmail or POP Mail ...
