Sahasranamams List

Dear All,

Greetings to all. As is evident, I am a new member to this

group and I intend exchanging/learning knowledge/stotras/hymns

with the community.

I started on serious prayer a few years ago and in that process,

I started collecting stotras (not just ambaal alone) from

different sources. How wonderful it would be if all such rare

stotras could be unearthed from the vedas/puranas/tantras and

other major works for the larger good of the astik community!

Please find attached a file containing a list of Sahasranamas

as I know of and I have access to. I am submitting for your

review and contributions in terms of corrections and any

additional Sahasranamams the community may know of. [*]

I vaguely remember reading somewhere that there are innumerable

Devi Sahasranamams of which 10 are important (attributed to Lalita Sahasranamam)

and 10 different Sahasranamams for Shiva, 4 for

Vishnu and so on.
