Mr.Prasad could perhaps clarify if this is correct. There was a pdf document (probably typeset using latex, so i don't know how useful it will be for quick edits) that I think Mr.Ravi created earlier, but it was subsequently removed from the files section. I created sometime ago using LaTeX and a special script ( to prefix kha, ga, etc with number as a superscript to enable correct pronunciation). I never went through the whole thing and to proof read that, as I use only devAnagari script for my personal use. ITX file on sanskrit site was the starting point for this text. Hope this helps.
