Guest guest
Jai Mata Di Namaskar to all. Can any body suggest me the best way to worship during Navratras for a person who is in Grihsth-Ashram, & doing 12 hours job. I had been observing fasts, innocently, with Satvik life-style during Navratras, spending few minutes daily reading Durga-Chalisa, and on Ashtami beaking the fast after the Kanya-pujan. All this in a typical North-Indian Punjabi style as I have seen others. Should there be some specific Puja. Somebody suggested me to do Chandi-Paath daily. Please enlighten me. Thanks and regards, Lokesh

Fasting( 1 satwic full meal+ fruits for second part and eating nothin during night) for nine days and reciting any prayers is good for all who do not have any initiation into Devi-mantra/Puja Vidhi. Water can be taken anytime. Also plz remember that Devi Saptasati and Lalitha Sahasranama, Lalitha Trisati and Khadga mala cannot be recited if not initaited into them. > > > Note: forwarded message attached. > > India Matrimony: Find your partner online.Post your profile. > >

Commentaries on Lalita Sahasranama, and Lalita Trisati and Devi Mahatmyam can be studied by all. One can even pick random interesting names and say them and contemplate on their meanings. There are no requirements or qualifications for doing the above. rgds
