Guest guest
Can someone point me to a good book on PKS with translation and interpretation? It will be better if the book includes the original in devanaagari. Also who all have commented on it and what are the affiliations of those commentators. Thank you. There are some translations, in Hindi, Bengali, etc. I am sure there are some translations/commentary in Tamil (probably by Sri chidanandanaatha or his disciples). If you search the catalog with "parasuramakalpasutra" as the keyword you will find those links. Besides, there is a supplement to the suutra-s called nityotsava by umaanandanaatha. May be we should collect a list of books which are considered important and possibly with publisher info etc.? Any volunteers? Ravi
Guest guest
The following seems to be a popular title. Parashuramakalpasutra - with Rameshvara's commentary (Edited - A.Mahadeva Shastri) Oriental Institute Baroda-1979 Gaekwad's oriental series # 22. I saw a couple of PKS books with Giritrading Agency in Chennai this March. This shop is in front of Mylapore Kapaleeshwar Temple. The above are in sanskrit with no accompanying english translation, except for the preface in english. Rgds , "M. S.
