ATIRUDRA MAHAYAGYAM AND SHATACHANDI MAHAYAGYAM AT

CHENNAI (29th Dec 2003 to 4th Jan 2004)

 

Sri Karunanadamadali which was started in 1954 will be

completing 50 years of Vedic service to the society in

early 2004. H.H.Sri Jayendra Saraswati Swamigal’s 50th

year Peetharohanam celebrations are now being

conducted over the country and abroad. Sri Periayval

of Kanchi Mutt has directed Sri Karunanadamandali to

perform the Adirudra Mahayagyam during this period at

Chennai for the welfare of the society.

 

Sri Karunanandi Mandali has decided to perform

Adirudram and Satachandi Yagyam at Shri Meenakshi

Kalyanamandapam, South Boag Road, T.Nagar, between

29th December 2003 and 4th January 2004. The estimated

expenditure for these yagyams would be

around Rupees 4 lakhs. Brahmasri P.N.Narayanasastrigal

will be guiding and conducting

all the rituals.

 

H H Shri Jayendra Saraswati Swamigal and H H Shri

Vijayendra Saraswati Swamigal will be gracing the

function in person. We appeal to you and other astikas

to contribute liberally for this noble cause and get

the blessings of Maha Tirpurasundari and Sri

Chandramoulishwara and the blessings of Sri

Sankaracharya of Kanchi Mutt. Your contribution may

be made by cheque or DD drawn in the name of Shri
