Dear karthikji

the supreme is nirguna , has no form and as it is difficult for an aspirant to

contemplate on the formless. our great maharishies have meditated and heard lot

of sounds in the cosmos which were beeja mantras . on constant repeating of

these sound -- beeja mantras they have visualsed and experienced a form taking

place and this they have described as Dhyana shloka.

So it is imortant to mediate the form as described in the dhyana shloka of the

deity and not to make the mind wander to other forms so to get the full benefit

of meditation.
