Probably the author want to indicate that She is fond of Shiva. LT-146 is kaameshvaraaliMgitaaMgii, according to Acharyas bashya, it should be understood as, She possesses a form that is embraced/acceptable to kAmeshvara/shiva. I appreciate if someone can give a detailed explanation of Acharyas bashya for this. What is meant by "Shiva accepting Her form"?
