If you look carefully at my post again, I had mentioned how by Chance

HE is hidden in SHE in these few " English Words " itself and nothing to do with

the scriptures . However the other information given was as per scriptures.

Shiva and Shakti cannot be understood that way. The name Shiva has

Shakti in itself.

 

Shiva is shi + va. Shakti is hidden in *shi*.

 

Letters from a to aH are called Shakti aksharas and the rest as

Shiva aksharas. Without the shakti akshara *i* it becomes shava.

 

Maybe this is what is referred to in the shloka "shivaH

shaktyAyukto yadi bhavati..." in Saundaryalahari. So when one says

Shiva, it is also equavalent to addressing Shakti.
