Good question -- Pranams.

Minimum Routine :

Guru Paduka Mantras as soon as one gets up from bed.

Snanam followed by Nithya and Nymithya Karmas.

Japa minimum number prescribed by the Guru --all the initiated.

Lalitha Aradhana.( Minimum Five ) comprising of :

1. Aamnaya Stothra as per Rudra Yaamala

2. Tripura Sundari Sthava rajam as per Rudra Yamala

3. Lalitha Sahasranama Archana. if one chose to recite the Sahasranama only it

is compulsory to recite the Purva and uttara Bhaga of LS. ( My Guru used to say

reciting LS Main amounts to Parayanan of Devi Mahatmeym without proper Kavacham

- like ignoring the kavacha, argala, keelaka and Rahasthreyam )

4. Katgamala sthothram or archana

5. Thrishathi

Arthi

These are the bare minimum and if one is not able to find time to do this, my

Guru would discourage the prospective aspirants to the Upasana.

On Fridays and Pancha parvas Special aradhana which includes Abhisheka etc are

not discussed.

If one has Chandi Navakshri -- DM parayana including the Ekadasha Nyasa and the

parayana as per Krama should be done on -- Minimum -- Krishnashtami,

KrishaNavami -- Krishna Chathurdashi.

If one is initiated to Sri Vidya Navavarana Puja as per the availabilty of time

this should be done. Otherwise one is encouraged to do Laghu Nava varana Puja.

this is for an entry level Sadhak --

For an " Advanced level Sadhak "-- like the great Upasakas At Chennai whom I

know personally do the following :

apart from those above it includes divya mangala dhyana, rasmi maala,

ajapaa, samarpanam, ablutions,Tantrik sandya vandana in addition to vaidic,

differtent kinds of parayana such as natha,

ghatika, tattva, thithinithya, naama, mantra etc etc. ( etc the second time as no

meaning but i have put it because it is very exhaustive).

Apart from this listening or reading the " Suthra bhasyas."

With this sort of schedule one breathes in and out " Shiva-- Shakthi" and is

sur to find a place in Sathya Loka if not Moksha that is what I believe. Even by

chance one is re born as a human being you may be assured the Sadhana would

start at the Pace you left in the last birth and the material prosperity would

not be less than what you used to enjoy in your earlier birth.

This is Upasana about and is a WAY OF LIFE for the ETERNAL BLISS.
