Guest guest
How can the Anandamaya Kosha be visualized? Is there somewhere a meditation procedure for vizualisation of the Anandamaya Kosha? Guest guest
|| Jai Sadguru Dutta || Personally, I think it's not possible. I understand that the scriptures also hold the same view. The reason being simple that "Anada" is purely abstract in nature - the very nature of living beings. It can only be realized. When one enters the Andamaya kosha, all the physical aspects will be absolved into one consciousness. Please refer to the following verses in the "thaitthariiya upanishad": (Ananda brahmopaasana) "AnandhO bramhEthi vyajAnAth | AnandhA DhyEva Khalvi maani BhoothAni jAyanthE | AnandhEna jAthAni jiivanthii | Anandam prayanthyaBhisamvishanthiithi....." This state of exalted being is said to be the highest (and purest) state - the realization of "advaitha". Shrii Shrii Shankara Bhagavathpaada has very beautifully described this state as "naada - bindu - kalaathiitha". It is in this state that the sadhak realizes Maa Jagadambaa "Ananda mayii".......... , alexandra_108 <alexandra_108> wrote: > How can the Anandamaya Kosha be visualized? > Is there somewhere a meditation procedure for vizualisation of the Anandamaya Kosha? > > Alexandra > > > > > > Friends.
