Thank you for accepting my membership to this esteemed e-group.

 

I have been noting some interesting dialogue among this e-group on

Bhaskararya, legends about him and his contribution to the Shakta world.

There were interests from people in this group on the location of

Bhaskararajapuram and a fervent need to commemorate his works.

 

Under the aegis of a few active Sri Vidya trusts a memorial is under way in

its final stages at Bhaskararajapuram. The consecration of this memorable

temple has been scheduled for June 30th, 2004 at Bhaskararajapuram. Details

of this effort is available at www.lalithasamithi.org . I have invitations

for people wishing to attend this function.

 

This e-mail is primarily intended to appeal to devotees of the Supreme

Mother all over the world to contribute their mite towards maintaining the

memorial to Pujyashri Bhaskararaya. Should you deem it fit to make a formal

appeal, please let me know so that I can address the appeal to the members

of this esteemed e-group. In any case, members can contact the address

mentioned in the website and/ or send in payments directly to the trust

mentioned in the website. All are welcome to Bhaskararajapuram on June 30th,

2004 to witness the consecration of this memorial. I can arrange to post

the invitation and the programme details, should the group need the same.

 

As a new member, I wanted to seek your permission before sending such a mail

to the entire group.
