Probably due to Her being surrounded by all other devatas like Brahma and Vishnu who come to worship Her. For LS-44-nakhadIdhitisa~nchhannanamajjanatamoguNA, Bhaskara-raya explains with quotes from Matsya and Kurma Puranas. Narada says to Himavan:" O best of mountains, Her feet are like lotuses, shining with bright nails. When the devas and asuras prostrate before Her, the *various colours of their jewelled crowns reflected,* will drive away the rays of Her nails which entering their hearts dispel their Tamas quality". LS-44-nakhadIdhitisa~nchhannanamajjanatamoguNA, The bright rays from Her nails dispel the darkness of her worshippers. Corrections, additions are welcome.
